EVALUATION

All new clients begin with a mandatory evaluation.

Cost: $20

This fee is included in the price of your first session

This helps me understand your dog, your goals, and determine the best training plan moving forward. Each new dog and any dog that I have not seen in 8 months or longer will require a new evaluation.

PUPPY TRAINING SESSION

8 weeks – 8 months of age

Learn all the puppy basics to get you started on the right path. I will help you set goals and teach you how to reach them.

First session = $60

OBEDIENCE TRAINING SESSION

For all ages (though puppies do best with a puppy-specific training session)

Learn to teach your dog basic obedience such as sit, down, stay, come and heel/loose-leash walking.

PROBLEM BEHAVIORS TRAINING SESSION

all ages (though puppies do best with a puppy-specific training session)

Focus on problem behaviors such as digging, barking, jumping up, reactivity, etc.

I do NOT work with aggressive dogs. Please seek the help of a professional dog behaviorist if your dog has bitten someone.

TRAINING SERVICE AGREEMENT

Prior to our scheduled training session, I kindly request that you review and familiarize yourself with my Training Service Agreement. This document outlines the terms and conditions of our collaboration, including essential details regarding liability, client responsibilities, and intellectual property protection.

At the start of our first training session I will have a copy of the Training Agreement for you to sign. It is best to familiarize yourself with it now so that we can best utilize your time with me in your first training session.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

If 48 hours or more notice is given:
 The Client may choose either:

  • a full refund, or
  • rescheduling the session to another available date

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or the Client does not attend a scheduled session (no-show):

  • The session is non-refundable
  • Any applicable re-booking fees will apply as outlined below:
  • First occurrence: $15 re-booking fee
  • Second occurrence: $20 re-booking fee
  • Third occurrence: The Trainer may refuse future bookings

Re-booking fees must be paid before a new session is confirmed.

As a professional dog trainer, I value my time and the time of my clients. In order to provide high-quality services, I dedicate significant time and effort to preparing for each session, including research and tailoring a customized program for each client and their dog.

Occasionally, last minute mid-day bookings may become available.
